Defective or Faulty Items: We offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective or faulty, provided they are reported within 30 days of delivery. For a free replacement of any defective, damaged, or malfunctioning item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Returns/Refunds: Please note that we cannot offer cancellations, returns, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Sizing issues (if a sizing guide was provided and available)

  • Personal preferences or unmet expectations

We strongly encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and any available sizing charts before making your purchase.

Refund Process: If your return for a defective item is approved, we will provide you with the next steps for returning the item or will issue a replacement/refund. Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. In most cases, you will not be required to return the faulty item for a replacement.

Shipping Protection: Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout. If purchased, it covers loss, theft, or damage to your order during transit. Without this protection, AuraSync Wellness is not liable for compensation in such cases.
