My first natural bristle brush that I bought was for dry brushing. It was harsh at first, took a couple times of getting used to. I wanted one for the shower to wash with and opted for this one. It's quite big for my small hands and I kept dropping it. It was harsh at first, I'm not used to a new brush again nor the knobs. By the time I made it to my 2nd leg, I was comfortable with it and really enjoyed using it. I'm really glad I got this one and I love how it makes my skin look and feel! Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve used this a few times before my cupping device. It’s great for helping shed dead skin and exfoliate. You can tell you get more out of the massager when your skin is free from all the dry skin and clogged pores

This is a great dry brush. The way I use it is by wetting it with warm water, then rubbing my soap bar body wash, and gently scrubbing my body in circulation motions with the brush. It’s dries surprisingly fast! Perfect before using the cupper massager
